STATUS QUO ended up rockin more than just the dock last night as thousands of fans arrived at Cowes Yacht Haven.
The band kicked off with the sounds of Caroline, performing a full 1.5 hrs set featuring a selection of their famous hits and new material from their latest album “Quid Pro Quo”.
Peter and Chris Troup, the promoters of Rockin’ the Dock through their event management company Mousehound Events Ltd, bought this fabulous live music evening to Cowes as a pre-cursor to Aberdeen Asset Management Cowes Week that takes place from 6-13 August.
According to Chris Troup, the Quo concert will help generate the necessary funds to enable Mousehound Events to provide a line up of high quality and, importantly, FREE entertainment to Cowes Week competitors and the local community.

The Manfreds are appearing at the inaugural Rockin’ the Dock gig tonight (4th August) on the Cowes Week Stage at Cowes Yacht Haven. The band will perform a full set featuring a selection of all their famous hits and will be supported by popular Isle of Wight band, The Accelerators.
