Today the UK’s favourite ethical underwear brand Pants to Poverty continued their quest to break every single pants-related Guinness World Record and presented the world’s largest thong at Isle of Wight festival Bestival.
Many hundreds (exact numbers tbc) of festival revelers wore their Sunday Best to present the 5m by 12m g-string on the final day of the festival and also attempted to break the world record for the largest group of people gathered in their pants.
Ben Ramsden, founder of Pants to Poverty, said: “We are delighted to be joined by the hundreds of Bestival pants-lovers today to help us smash more pants-related world records. Bestival really is the best of all festivals and to celebrate it festival-goers have donned their Sunday Best to obliterate another world record.”
Pants to Poverty are awaiting confirmation from Guinness World Record officials that the record was officially broken.
